This year we wanted to start out on the right foot and cut out all meat. My husband and I are new to being vegetarians so we are always looking online for new healthy recipes.
After looking and creating a list of some recipes, I decided to create a post with some recipes to reference back to.
It’s a collection of a few blogs I follow and enjoy their recipes. I figured there may be others interested in a list of good vegetarian and vegan recipes to add to their menu.

We used to love meat. My favorite meat was chicken and pork. Some of these recipes use plant-based “meat” while others use meat substitutes such as zucchini and cauliflower. When properly seasoned and prepared we really don’t miss the meat.
You can cook vegetarian and still feel full and satisfied with a high veggie protein meal.
