I never thought I would be vegetarian and the holidays was always a time to really go all out and eat wild! We all make the most high calorie, fat and sugary foods around the holidays.
What makes it worse is that we don’t move around as much. In the colder months, many people slow down their activity levels. So what happens when you decrease activity and increase your caloric intake?

Make sure you’re drinking plenty of water in the morning and about 30 mins before your meals.
This will naturally help your metabolism run more efficiently and make you eat less!
